Terms Of Service

The Teeser in this Service Terms and Conditions document refers to Teeser Apparel, business registration number, 53184190A.

The Client in this Service Terms and Conditions document refers to person(s) engaging the service of The Teeser.

1 COLOR OF PRINT

1.1 Pantone codes to be provided by clients to minimize the printed colors variances to +/­ 10%. The Teeser shall not be held liable for any color variances should client decide not to provide pantone codes.

1.2 Should The Client not provide the pantone code of the print color and the final print color is not to The Client’s requirements, any cost of reprints required in part or in whole will be borne entirely by The Client.

2 POSITION OF PRINT

2.1 A variation in the position of print of less than 1.5cm is considered acceptable due to possible human error. Should the variation in the position of print is less than 1.5cm, The Teeser will bear no responsibility.

2.2 Should the variation in the position of print be less than 1.5cm, any cost of reprints required in part or in whole will be borne entirely by The Client.

3 COLOR OF PRINT

3.1 Should The Client not provide the apparel, it would be up to the discretion of The Teeser to decide on the closest possible apparel color based on the requirements of The Client. The Teeser will then bear no responsibility for the final apparel color should it be not to The Client’s original requirements.

3.2 Should The Client not provide the apparel and the final color of the apparel delivered is not to The Client’s requirements, any cost of reprints required in part or in whole will be borne entirely by The Client.

4 REPRINTS

4.1 Should The Teeser be liable for reprints, delivery of the reprints to The Client will be completed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of reprints.

4.2 Should The Teeser be liable for reprints, reprints will only be done strictly as per the original requirements of the order with no exceptions.

4.3 Should The Teeser be liable for reprints, reprints will only be done for apparel that does not fulfill the original requirements of the order.

4.4 Should The Teeser be liable for reprints and The Client changes the original requirements of the order for the reprints, the reprints will be considered as a new order and the cost will be borne entirely by The Client.

5 CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Should the order be cancelled after order confirmation from The Client, there will be a fixed charge of $200 due to the set up costs incurred during the artwork and screen preparation process.

6 SAMPLES

6.1 Should the order be cancelled after a sample has been made, The Client will be liable for a fixed charge of $200 due to the set up costs incurred during the artwork and screen preparation process.

6.2 Should The Client decide to change the design, in part or in whole after a sample has been made, there will be a charge of $50 per color to The Client depending on the number of colors used in the original design, front and back designs to be counted separately.

6.3 Once The Client has approved the sample, The Teeser will follow the specifications used to produce the sample for the full production. The Teeser then shall not be liable if the final goods delivered are according to the specifications used for the sample, but different from the original requirements of The Client.

7 TRADEMARKS AND/OR COPYRIGHTS

7.1 All imprint copy specifications submitted for production will be accepted by The Teeser as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection. The Teeser shall not be liable for any trademark and/or copyright infringements, which may result from The Teeser’s usage of artwork submitted by The Client.

8 CLAIMS AND RETURNS

8.1 Claims and quality feedback must be made within 24 hours from receipt of order. After which, The Teeser will no longer be liable for the goods delivered and the full amount of the original order will be charged to The Client.
